This fit-out contract for Tesco allowed for complete access for delivery of the project as a turnkey solution. The works included the implementation of a new salesfloor plan with the construction of back-of-house and staff areas, a new internal shelving layout including the installation of frozen and chilled aisles, and mechanical and electrical services and plant. The contract also included forming a new store entrance and a car park refurbishment that involved upgrading and realigning the entrance road, relining, installing new trolley bays, and installing new protection bollards.
