Requirements
Surveying Degree and be a Member of SCS and RICS.
Worked in the Construction Industry for at least 5 years and possess experience working in the Retail / Commercial Sector. (Working in the Housing Sector is not relevant experience Precision Construction Limited)
The applicant should ideally have worked in a Contractor’s Office / PQS (Professional Quantity Surveyor’s Office)
Intermedite Quantity Surveyor
Complete competency in the use of Buildsoft is vital to all aspects of the role.

Requirements
Applicant must have Surveying Degree
The applicant should have 1-2 years experience working in a Contractor’s Office / PQS (Professional Quantity Surveyor’s Office)
Junior Quantity Surveyor
Complete competency in the use of Buildsoft is vital to all aspects of the role.
Junior Quantity Surveyor
Knowledge of Buildsoft would be beneficial but is not essential
Requirements

Applicant could be in final year at college
The applicant should ideally have some experience working in a Contractor’s Office / PQS (Professional Quantity Surveyor’s Office) but this is not essential

Applicant must have complete competency in Microsoft Office Suite
