Planning and Regeneration

The project at GVA involved the design and build of a new office fit-out and associated works, with PCL having complete responsibility for the delivery of the project as a turnkey solution. The project included the installation of fiber optic communications and associated wireless WiFi throughout the office. The work began with the demolition and strip-out of the existing unit, followed by the formation of a new corporate headquarters and the installation of associated office and services. These works were carried out to create a modern, fully-functional office space that met the needs of the company and its employees
