The construction project in Howth involved the fit-out and completion of a Tesco Superstore as part of the Claremont Apartments new development. Works included a full fit-out of the shell and core, with staff welfare facilities, back-of-house areas, M&E services installation and all associated finishes to meet Tesco operational requirements. Works were delivered alongside the ongoing construction of the Claremont Apartments development, requiring detailed planning, constant risk assessments, toolbox talks, and coordination and cooperation with other management and contractors on site. The completed project delivers an accessible convenience retail offering, providing high-quality shopping facilities for Claremont Apartments residents, the wider Howth community, and visitors to the area.
